Welcome to my website!

I am currently a research engineer developing software-defined vehicle (SDV) applications at HL Mando Corporation, where I am granted alternative military service for the Republic of Korea Armed Forces as a technical research personnel (Feb. 2022 - Feb. 2025). I received M.S. and B.S. degrees in mechanical engineering from Pohang University of Science and Technology (POSTECH) in 2022 and Inha University in 2020, respectively, with honors.

I specialize in foundational theory and interdisciplinary practice of artificial intelligence-of-things (AIoT), encompassing comprehensive knowledge of machine learning, computer vision, signal processing, and embedded system principles. I have in-depth experience advancing synergetic applications across various engineering domains, from pilot studies to product integration.

My overarching research objective envisions autonomous neuroprosthetic technology through seamlessly integrating intelligent devices and algorithms. A branch of prospective study focuses on tailoring conformable and noninvasive human-machine interfaces based on bioelectronic sensory and neuromorphic computing. Another avenue leverages novel learning schemes for multimodal perception and embodied cognition of machine agents toward consistent and generalizable sensorimotor interactions. Such progressive research fosters immense promise for tangible applications in assistive robotics, extended reality (XR), and telehealth.
