Welcome to my website!

I am currently a research engineer developing software-defined vehicle (SDV) applications at HL Mando Corporation, where I am granted alternative military service for the Republic of Korea Armed Forces as a technical research personnel (Feb. 2022 - Feb. 2025). I received M.S. and B.S. degrees in mechanical engineering from Pohang University of Science and Technology (POSTECH) in 2022 and Inha University in 2020, respectively, with honors.

I specialize in the foundational theory and interdisciplinary practice of artificial intelligence-of-things (AIoT), drawing on comprehensive expertise in machine learning, statistical inference, computer vision, control, and embedded system principles. From pilot studies to full product implementations, I have extensive experience advancing synergetic applications across diverse engineering fields by combining algorithmic insights with domain knowledge.

My overarching research envisions extending the boundaries of computational data-driven intelligence into real-world physical embodiment, aiming to achieve human-interactive cyber-physical autonomy. One prospective branch focuses on developing conformable human-machine interfaces with integrated sensing, computing, and wireless communication, emphasizing on-device neuromorphic inference. Another promising avenue fuses sensory information with tailored learning schemes for multimodal perception, cognitive reasoning, and sensorimotor control of machine agents toward human-assistive applications in robotics, neuroprosthetics, extended reality (XR), and telehealth.
